The FX450 Heavy-Duty Automatic CZ purlin roll forming machine is engineered for high-capacity, heavy-gauge structural steel manufacturing. Capable of handling a web width up to 450 mm and material thicknesses up to 4.5 mm, the FX450 stands as Metoform’s most powerful, high-efficiency, and high-precision CZ interchangeable roll former.

Equipped with a fully automated PLC control system, it features a quick C/Z interchanging system that allows operators to switch profiles in just 3 steps (approx. 5 minutes). Additionally, the advanced universal post-cutting system eliminates the need to replace cutting blades when changing purlin sizes, significantly reducing downtime and maximizing workshop productivity.
