Hot Dip Galvalume Steel Coil (Aluzinc Steel)
Hot Dip Galvalume Steel Coil (Aluzinc Steel)

High-performance Coated Steel  Coils

Our hot dip galvalume steel coils are commonly referred to as aluzinc coated Steel. It features a premium metallic coating composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. This advanced alloy formulation combines the superior barrier protection of aluminum with the sacrificial anodic corrosion resistance of zinc.

Even in harsh or corrosive environments, aluzinc coated steel has a service life three to six times longer than standard galvanized steel (GI). This longer service life reduces maintenance costs and replacement frequency for buildings or industrial installations throughout their service life.

With its durability, heat resistance, and structural reliability, hot dip galvalume steel has become the material of choice for light steel structure systems, modular buildings, prefabricated buildings, industrial framing, and any application requiring superior corrosion resistance and a long service life.

Key Features

We provide a high-precision solution designed to meet the strict tolerances of modern roll-forming machinery:

  • Optimized for LGSF: Specifically engineered for light gauge steel frame works, our hot dip galvalume steel coils typically feature High Tensile Strength. This ensures structural integrity for load-bearing applications in residential and commercial construction.

  • Customized Aluzinc Protection: The Alu-Zinc coating thickness is adjustable as requested. The dense aluminum-rich skin provides excellent resistance against atmospheric corrosion, even in humid environments.

  • Exact Dimensions & Cutting: We offer thickness and width as requested to fit your specific keel or purlin machines. Furthermore, any length can be cut or slit into narrow strips to minimise production waste.

  •  Accurate Size & Perfect Surface: Our production line ensures flat, smooth surfaces and precise edge finishing. The accurate size prevents jamming in high-speed framing machines, ensuring a smooth manufacturing workflow.

  • Fine Export Packaging: To protect the sensitive Aluzinc surface from “black rust” and moisture during transit, we use fine packaging suitable for export. This includes moisture-proof styling, sturdy steel outer shells, and secure strapping for safe sea freight.

Applications

Steel Keels & Studs

Steel Keels & Studs

The material is roll-formed into C-shaped and U-shaped studs/tracks to create the skeleton of light steel villas and partition walls. They are widely used as the primary frame structure for light steel villas, gypsum board partition walls, and commercial interior systems.

Truss Systems

Truss Systems

Widely used in residential roof structures, this lightweight steel truss system offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio. Made from high-strength G550 grade steel, it provides superior load-bearing capacity, structural stability, and long-term durability while effectively reducing the overall weight of the building.

Long-Term Durability

Long-Term Durability

The AZ150 coating offers superior corrosion resistance, ensuring the steel frame remains rust-free for decades without the need for painting. It provides lasting protection and structural reliability even when completely enclosed within walls.

Heat Reflective Roofing

Heat Reflective Roofing

Aluzinc coated steel roofs reflect solar heat more effectively than galvanized steel roofs, helping to keep building interiors cool. This superior insulation reduces heat absorption, lowers air conditioning energy consumption, and thus improves overall energy efficiency.

Corrosion Resistance

Corrosion Resistance

Aluzinc coated steel sheet ensures long-term protection and reliable performance under harsh atmospheric conditions. Designed specifically for harsh environments, it offers superior corrosion resistance in acid rain and coastal areas, where ordinary galvanized steel sheets can age rapidly.

Electrical Cabinets

Electrical Cabinets

Designed for electrical and electronic applications, aluzinc coated steel provides reliable conductivity and corrosion resistance for cabinets, enclosures, and control systems. It offers reliable protection, dimensional stability, and long-term performance in harsh electrical and industrial environments..

High-Temperature Heat Shields

High-Temperature Heat Shields

Aluzinc coated steel, specifically designed for high-temperature performance, provides consistent durability and aesthetics for heat shields, ovens, and automotive thermal protection systems. Its thermal stability and durability ensure reliable performance in high-temperature applications.
