Light gauge steel framing machine LGF300 (C300, T: 1.2-2.2mm) is a fully automatic floor joist/ground beam special roll forming machine and more efficient for mass production of floor systems in prefabricated houses.
It adopts a fully automated process: hydraulic uncoiling → leveling → punching → roll forming → cutting → discharging.
It is specially designed for continuous cold bending of G550/G300 galvanized or Zn-Al-Mg steel strips to produce C-shaped floor joists and ground beams up to 300mm wide, suitable for floor systems in prefabricated residential and light commercial buildings.
