MC50-250 2.5mm C/U ROLL FORMING MACHINE
MC50-250 C/U ROLL FORMING MACHINE is a CU type purlin roll forming machine used in the production of steel structure industry. The finished product produced by machinery and equipment is CU steel, which is mostly used for the support of beams and wall beams in housing construction and factory buildings. Applicable materials are “strip steel”, galvanized steel coil, etc. The machine has two cutting systems： Pre shear before roll forming and post hydraulic cutting after roll forming part, which meet the needs of different lengths of production. The minimum size is 50-70mm, more used for the functions of solar mounting.

Punching system with 4cylinders,available for single hole and double holes
Rollers are manufactured from high quality bearing steel GCrl5 and are processed with CNC lathes and heat treatment. Hard-chrome plating or black oxide coating is optional. It includes a feeding material guide roller,and body frame is welded 4oo# H type steel.
