Our MF75-200 is a professional-grade light steel keel processing machine, specially designed for high-rise residential buildings, villas, apartments and other construction scenarios. It is used for manufacturing keels, trusses, wall panels and floor components.
Professional-grade positioning: Targeting the mid-to-high-end prefabricated construction market, it meets the requirements for CC&CU steel sections with a width ranging from 75mm to 200mm, and is compatible with steel strip thicknesses from 0.75mm to 1.6mm.
Application scenarios: Covers the production of keels and structural components for low-rise to high-rise residential buildings, villas and apartments. It is compatible with multiple construction systems including Australian & New Zealand and North American standards.
It has a 21-inch large industrial screen, high-quality components, equipped with a new generation of LG-R control system, optional interface, dynamic display of new functions such as sheet processing, and supports many design software such as: Building master\Vertex\MWF\Keymark etc. Structural innovations include: fine shaft processing technology, easy-to-change mold system, long-life cutting system, high-quality hydraulic system with heat dissipation function, and the anti-extrusion function upgrade and patent.
