Professional Forming Structure: Equipped with 24+6 forming passes, including one adjustable waist height roller group (87°-95° arbitrary adjustment) and 6 dedicated Sigma forming passes. It supports straight flat rib forming with a 20mm Sigma rib depth. Z-type narrow edges can be formed at 90° and 135° adjustable angles. Fitted with an anti-concave arc carrier roller device to effectively prevent profile deformation and ensure flat and smooth finished surfaces.
Efficient & Flexible Module Switching: Comes with 16 sets of interchangeable CZ modules. Model switching can be completed simply by 180° rotation, matched with upgraded linear guide rails. The AB pass and leveling system adopts elevator-type adjustment with digital display, enabling precise, intuitive and quick parameter calibration.
Intelligent Control System: Adopts an industrial computer intelligent control system with genuine Windows system. It supports recognition of Tekla NC data, fast manual production input, U-disk data import and remote data transmission, realizing intelligent and automated production. Equipped with an external mobile controller for convenient forward and reverse operation during production and commissioning.
High-Quality Supporting Configuration: Integrated dual-nozzle inkjet marking device for synchronous coding during production. Core electrical components adopt premium brands: Inovance PLC, Autonics proximity switches, high-end international encoders and inverters. The specially arranged middle-mounted distribution box ensures neat wiring and convenient maintenance.
Stable Driving & Hydraulic System: Gearbox transmission structure ensures stable power output. Main drive adopts 3 sets of 30KW servo motors; punching and shearing system is equipped with a 15KW power unit, 300L oil tank and air cooler, with YUKEN-Yuci solenoid valves for reliable hydraulic operation.
Heavy-Duty Feeding & Material Supporting System: Matched with a 10-ton hydraulic uncoiler with hydraulic expansion and four-link outward centering tensioning structure, equipped with 5.5KW hydraulic station, 7.5KW automatic feeding power, double main shaft braking and cylinder-driven pressing arm. Equipped with two sets of 6-meter pneumatic side-slip material supporting tables (total 12 meters), realizing linked cylinder action and independent frame operation for stable material support.
Durable Precision Machining Parts: Rollers are made of Cr12 material, CNC machined and heat-treated to HRC 58-60 with fine-bored inner holes. Main shafts adopt 40Cr material (φ108/φ90), quenched and tempered to HRC 28-32 after CNC processing, then precisely turned, polished and electroplated for high hardness, wear resistance and long service life.
