The HAT30 automatic hat channel roll forming machine is a flexible single hat section roll forming machine from the HAT series. It is specially developed for mass production of hat purlins used in steel structure factories, photovoltaic supports and prefabricated roofs.

Equipped with self-developed automatic infinitely variable size adjustment and an integrated front punching & rear cutting module, it delivers cost-effective continuous production for multiple sizes without die replacement. Key Features

Frame & Transmission

The whole machine features an extra-thick welded box-type base and non-coaxial split size-adjustment structure. It runs stably without vibration at high speed, with repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm after size change.

The forming main shafts are made of 40Cr steel via quenching and tempering treatment with a shaft diameter of φ60, featuring wear resistance and anti-deformation performance. Forming rollers are manufactured from Cr12 die steel with hardening heat treatment for an extended service life.

A standard 15kW servo motor serves as the main drive, delivering stable transmission, fast forming speed and strong load capacity.

Punching & Cutting Module

Multi-station integrated hydraulic punching enables simultaneous stamping of mounting holes and connecting holes.

Hydraulic flying cut-off is adopted with a single cutting cycle ≤1.5s, saving one working hour for every thousand pieces of profiles produced.

The quick die-change structure allows disassembly and maintenance of dies within 5 minutes, compatible with hat section production conforming to Chinese, Australian and American standards.

Automatic Size Adjustment Mechanism

Fully numerical controlled infinitely variable adjustment for width and height. Input target dimensions on the touch screen, and the machine will automatically complete frame translation and roller gap adjustment. No manual caliper measurement or fine-tuning is required; one operator can finish size switching in only 3 minutes.

Intelligent Control System

Industrial touch-screen PLC main controller supports offline programming and automatic generation of CNC production data.

Production drawings can be imported via USB flash drive or remotely transmitted through cloud for paperless workshop operation.
