You only need to rotate the module by 180° to switch between C purlin and Z purlin without removing any rollers. One machine covers all common sizes of purlins for steel structure workshops and solar bracket projects.

No roller replacement is needed. The web width can be adjusted steplessly via computer with one click.

Flange and lip sizes will be adjusted synchronously automatically, which greatly reduces downtime for specification change.
Stable High-speed Operation
It adopts high-power servo motor for main drive. The maximum line speed reaches 36 m/min, and the comprehensive working speed with punching keeps 15–22 m/min.
There are 24 forming stands in total, ensuring the finished profile keeps straight without distortion.
Precision Heavy-duty Configuration
Main shaft: 40Cr quenched and tempered alloy steel, shaft diameter φ90/φ75, high rigidity and anti-bending.
Rollers: Made of Cr12 die steel with quenching and polishing treatment, wear-resistant and no scratches on galvanized strips.
Control system: Windows industrial computer. It supports importing orders via USB and remote parameter transmission, and can connect with production management software. The tolerance of length and hole position is controlled within ±1mm.
Integrated Punching & Cutting
The whole line automatically completes uncoiling, punching, forming and fixed-length cutting continuously with unattended operation.
